| The Law Offices of Dixon and Dixon descend directly from the Law Office of Eustace, Barge & Dixon, which firm dates to 1861. We have operated from the same location at 121 East First Street in Dixon, although the first building there has been replaced with the present structure.
Partners in this firm have, over the past 137 years, served in various capacities of public office to include: United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, Speaker of the Illinois State House Representatives, Lieutenant Governor of Illinois, United States Bankruptcy Judge, Appellate Court Justice, Circuit Court Judges, Lee County States Attorney.
Our geographical area of practice is the northwest corner of Illinois, primarily in Lee, Ogle and Whiteside counties and we regularly practice in Winnebago, Stephenson, Carroll, DeKalb, LaSalle and Bureau counties. In addition, we regularly practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, Western Division, including bankruptcy court.
